This small-batch Viognier showcases how lovely & complex the variety can be on its own.

The nose bursts with fresh apricots, honey & orange blossom. Complemented by a creamy, viscous middle palate with a slight nuttiness, dried apricots & a hint of candied ginger.  The textural mouthfeel does not detract from the fresh finish.

Pair it with a rich fish like poached salmon or play on its spice notes to pair with Thai or Indian dishes
