2021 Pinot Gris


We're welcoming our popular Pinot Gris back to our varietal range.


Pinot Gris (grey in French), popular in Alsace, has a reputation for being a little richer & more textural than its Italian cousin Pinot Grigio.

And our 2021 Pinot Gris stays true. It's fresh & flavourful with zesty acidity & elegant texture.
 

On the nose it's floral & discreet with hints of lychee & rose petal. Fresh on the palate with flavours in the pear-zone, a round mouth feel & a  finish that's classic Pinot Gris zippy acidity.
 

Pair it with with freshly caught King George Whiting served with a wedge of lemon.

Varietal Range
2021 Sauvignon Blanc


If you're seeking a little more sophistication, this is your new white.
 

Sauv Blanc is a white variety of Jacques' native Bordeaux, where it's blended with Semillon in a light, fruit driven style.

 

Our 2021 Sauvignon Blanc takes this inspiration & lets Kangaroo Island Sauvignon Blanc take the spotlight.

Pale straw in colour, on the nose there's passionfruit, lime zest, citrus & sea spray.  On the palate, it's delicate & aromatic with a light herbalness, citrus & tropical fruits. 
The finish has just the right amount of acidity to finish clean & crisp.


Serve with herbaceous Thai flavours, garlic prawns or soft cheese.
