The Cygnet is no ordinary Shiraz, crafted over six years before release with a balance of power & elegance as the aim.

Our first release in 2013 scored 94/100 with the Halliday Wine Companion.  Our 2015 vintages scored 97/100.  We have every confidence this new 2017 vintage continues to take it up a notch.

On the nose, there are dark cherries, baking spices & a touch of earth.  On the palate, it's like Christmas in a glass, steeped cherries & dried fruit, spices and savoury tannins all wrapped up with a composed structure across the palate and long fine tannins.

Pair it with darker meats & spice-based dishes like braised short ribs, Middle Eastern lamb dishes or slow-cooked pork shoulder.

This is a wine that pays dividends if you can lay it down, cellaring beautifully for up to 15 years.
