The Boxing Bay brings a new dimension to our Estate premium range.  Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Aussie blend, but like all the wines from our Estate range, ours takes its inspiration firmly from Europe. 

On the nose it offers notes of pepper, eucalyptus, toasted vanilla, cedar & baking spices.  On the palate, cherry, blackberry, charry oak & leather works beautifully with the fleshy fruit. On the finish, power & structure abound in the Cab Sauv, with Shiraz adding softness & elegance.
