Wally White is a wine that defines our old-world meets new-world wine style.  Made from 100% Semillon, fermented and aged in French oak, it is rich, textural and sophisticated.

On the nose, there are inviting aromas of lemon rind and white peach, hints of vanilla and slight smokiness from the barrel fermentation.

On the palate, classic Semillon lemon curd notes, are complemented by creaminess on the mid-palate, underscored by a zesty, mineral finish and mouth-watering natural acidity.

This is a wine with excellent cellaring potential, it will continue to evolve and reward patience for up to 15 years.

Pair it with roast pork belly or garlic prawn pasta.
