1 x 2023 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc: Inspired by the white blends of Bordeaux, our SSB is barrel-fermented and aged in French oak, creating a delicate balance of creaminess, complexity, and acidity. It offers preserved lemon, apricot, pear, tropical fruit, and toasty vanilla oak with a delicious creamy texture perfect for cool-season drinking.

1 x 2021 Wally White Semillon: This wine defines our old-world meets new-world style. Made from 100% Semillon, fermented and aged in French oak, it is rich, textural, and sophisticated. Classic Semillon lemon curd notes, white peach, and hints of vanilla are complemented by creaminess on the mid-palate, underscored by a zesty, mineral finish and mouth-watering natural acidity.

1 x 2021 Fume Blanc: This is a brand new small-batch release, a nod to the Sauvignon Blanc wines of the Loire Valley, famed for their slightly smoky perfume. Varietal notes of tropical fruit, lemongrass, and sea spray are layered with secondary characteristics from oak aging like vanilla, honey, floral, and toasty notes.
