Our sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Noir is made in a traditional Méthode Champenoise. Pétiyante is beautifully balanced with fine, elegant acidity and a creamy texture that balances the fruit flavours. On the nose, there are Classic Champagne-like brioche notes, and on the palate, there is a superfine bead with hints of nashi pear and white peach, leading to a long, crisp, elegant finish.
