Our favourite white wines are carefully crafted over many months, even sometimes years, before being released in small quantities.  

Each pack contains:

2 x 2023 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc:  Inspired by the Bordeaux-Blanc blends of Jacques' home.  Barrel-fermented, aged in French oak, this wine is all about a delicate balance of creaminess, complexity and acidity.

1 x 2022 Viognier:  We make less than 50 dozen of this wine to showcase how stunning Viognier can be.  Wild fermented and aged in oak to produce a textural wine with notes of honey, orange blossom, apricots and nuts.

1 x 2021 Wally White Semillon:  One of our most coveted wines, vintage 2021 is almost sold out.  Wally White is rich, textural and sophisticated.  With a cellaring potential of 15 years, get some to drink and some to lay down.

1 x 2021 Fume Blanc:  A single barrel release honouring the Loire Valley's mineral-rich Sauvignon Blanc, known for having a slightly smoky perfume.  Wild fermented and aged on lees for 18 months, building complexity and texture.

1 x 2022 Enigma: An 'orange' wine style is a new adventure for us.  Sauvignon Blanc grapes have skin contact for seven months before pressing and another year of ageing in oak.  The result?  A dry white wine with texture, tannic structure and unique savoury characteristics.
