3 x 2023 'The Red' Shiraz:  Made from 100% elegant cool-climate Shiraz, The Red is your mid-week wine staple. Notes of pepper, eucalyptus & toasted vanilla blend with cherry, mulberry & a hint of charry oak.

1 x 2022 ‘Majestic Plough' Malbec:  Rich & layered on the nose with toasty oak supported by aromas of leather, blackberry, dried herbs & spices. Fleshy dark fruit flavours on the palate followed by a powerful tannic grip with natural acidity create a long, elegant finish.

1 x 2022 'Old Rowley' Shiraz/Grenache:  A beautiful, medium-bodied wine with Burgundy-style elegance. Spicy, earthy aromas are paired with notes of confection from carbonic maceration.  The palate is ffull flavoured with supple raspberry, boysenberry, lifted florals & vanilla oak. Natural acidity supports a long finish, increasing the richness and length of flavours.

1 x 2021 'Boxing Bay' Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon:  A classic Aussie blend, given a European style. Eucalyptus, toasted vanilla, cedar & baking spices on the nose give way to a palate of cherry, blackberry & leather notes. Cabernet Sauvignon contributes power & structure with Shiraz adding softness & elegance to the finish.
